花旗中国技术中心拟裁员3500人
近年来，

花旗计划对其位于中国上海和大连的技术中心进行人员调整，此举属于花旗全球技术和业务支持部门新一轮重组的一部分。花旗此次提出的补偿方案虽未达到微软等企业的水平，并向员工通报了劳动合同解除的补偿方案。
